Customer Inventory Services is located on 35 acres in Houma, Louisiana, with convenient highway access to Port Fourchon. The facility includes more than 100,000 square feet of covered storage space and provides complete customer inventory services, including reclamation and inspection services for rig returns. The complex is fenced and well-lighted, and is protected by a round-the-clock video surveillance system. More than 600 square feet of climate-controlled space is devoted to storage of weather-sensitive products.
With a password-protected click of the mouse, K&B can check the status of any inventory item in real time and generate detailed inventory-control reports. From any remote location, 24 hours a day, customers can order the return of assemblies to the field as they are needed.
